PROJECTS DONE WHILE WORKING UNDER CPH INC.
This page showcases work completed while working under the guidance of Brandan Decaro, Municipal Studio Principal & Senior Architect, at CPH Inc. in Miami, Florida. As an Architectural Intern, I contributed to a variety of tasks across multiple projects on a weekly basis, collaborating with a team. All projects were executed using Revit and AutoCAD.
Wedge Preserve Park
Parkland, FL
Located in Parkland, Florida on a 50-acre site will be the new Wedge Preserve Park with three key buildings: a Community Center, Restroom building, and Maintenace building. While working with a team, I assisted in the 3D modeling for all 3 buildings in Revit, checking CMU dimensions, door and window schedules, both interior and exterior elevations, and Weekly Redlining from before the 60% submittal up until the 100% submittal. These buildings span a total of 6,000 square feet, with the overall project valued at $30 million.

LIBERTY PARK
Parkland, FL
This project is an entire renovation of the existing interior of the Restroom located in Liberty Park also in Parkland, Florida. The interior finishes are similar to the ones used in the Wedge Preserve Park Project. I assisted on the project from the start up until the 100% submittal, working on many of the necessary drawings using Autocad.
KEY COLONY BEACH
CITY HALL
KEY COLONY BEACH, FL
This project was done for a Design Bid for an addition onto the existing Key Colony Beach City Hall. Along with my Coworker we put together the 3D model using Revit and several drawings provided by the city. The final render, based on our 3d model, contributed to CPH's successful bid, securing the project against several competing firms.
